Spring Time in the Snowies!

View across the granite outcrops from our new Weekender! The snow is visible as a white line on top the mountain ridges, if only the digital camera had a telephoto lens. Lots of roos hopping about too! Snowy River is in the valley in the mid distance.

Approximately 40 acres of bushland.

View down past water tank to shed and cottage beyond, currently water has been pumped from neighbours dam on creek below. Pump included but will need to get generator to run it. Also guttering is supposed to be included to enable catchment of some rainwater. Another tank below the cottage will be needed for that and this one retained for maintaining water pressure from up the hill.
